How will I know when my item(s) have been shipped? You will receive an email notifying you of the shipped date, including a tracking number. If your product is delayed or backordered for any reason, you will be notified right away.

How can I cancel my order? Since orders typically ship same day and are processed immediately, cancelations may not be possible; however, if you email us at customerhelp@yourhealthyhome.com, we can check and if able, we will stop and cancel your order before shipping and refund your card. Please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the charge to drop off your card.
What if my shipment arrives damaged? We can have your unit picked up and a replacement sent in within 2 business days. Simply email us at customerhelp@yourhealthyhome.com
What is your warranty? Anything can be returned, no questions asked within 30 days of receiving your order. Each product warranty differs but is detailed on each product page for your review.
