Lead times and shipping service| Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location but shipments are stocked and shipped from our warehouse in Piney Flats, TN. We ship most orders vis UPS though USPS is an option if the package is small and light.

Contiguous US Shipping Only| Unfortunately we are only offering shipping to the 48 adjoining states. However, most of our products are also sold on Amazon and you may note that the “Buy with Prime” is on most product pages. This link will take you to the Amazon site for that particular product. Here you may purchase with confidence and receive our products in any US location for free if a prime member. If you are not a prime member Amazon can still ship your order though they may charge some nominal fee.

Expedited Shipping| If UPS next day or second day air are chosen, your order must be placed no later than 12 pm EST otherwise it may ship the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend ship the following Monday. Note that air delivery times are measured in business days (not including holidays or weekends) For example, a 2-Day air order placed after 12pm EST on a Thursday, will be delivered on Tuesday the following week by end of day. Please also note we do not currently offer expedited shipping with a Saturday delivery.

Sales Tax| Only orders shipped to Tennessee are subject to state tax.
